Return & Refund Policy

We want you (and your pup!) to be completely happy with your Bondi Bites order.
If there’s a problem with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

Because our products are perishable dog treats, we cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a replacement or refund, email us at hello@bondibitesdogtreats.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll review your request and do our best to make it right!


Damage from Ants or Animals

Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for products that are damaged after delivery due to ants, insects, pets, or other animals. We recommend storing your treats in a sealed container, in a cool, dry place, to keep them fresh and safe from pests.


Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


Replacements

In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund — we’ll work with you to find the best solution for your situation.


Shipping Costs

If the issue is due to our error (wrong item, defective, or damaged), we’ll cover any return or re shipping costs. If you ordered the wrong item or provided an incorrect address, unfortunately, we cannot cover additional shipping costs.
